Following our property tour on September 26, 2024, through market research and underwriting of the deal, we were confident that this specific property displayed potential for high-income real estate investment.
The General
Partner team has reviewed the Offer Memorandum (OM) and the provided data and has
proposed a purchase price of $1,600,000 with a $16,000 Earnest Money Deposit
(EMD) of which $10,000 goes hard upon expiration of the Due
Diligence/Inspection Period as outlined within the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
The down payment of three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) will be
delivered upon the closing date on December 3rd, 2024.
